Eight days in Patagonia

A carefully curated retreat shaped by yoga, movement, nature, restoration, and meaningful experiences across the landscapes of Southern Chile.


Day 1 - Arrival in Patagonia

The group is welcomed at Puerto Natales airport and transferred to the hotel, with time to rest and settle into the quiet landscapes surrounding Puerto Natales.The retreat begins with a welcome gathering, meditation, restorative yoga practice, and group dinner in Puerto Natales.


Day 2 - Into Torres del Paine

A private guided journey through Torres del Paine National Park, exploring panoramic viewpoints, waterfalls, glacial lakes, majestic mountains and short hikes surrounded by Patagonia’s most iconic landscapes.The day includes meditation and packed lunch in nature when conditions allow, before returning to Puerto Natales for evening yoga and dinner together.


Day 3 - Glaciers and Fjords

Early departure through Última Esperanza Fjord toward Bernardo O’Higgins National Park, navigating remote channels surrounded by waterfalls, hanging glaciers, native forest, and Patagonia’s dramatic southern landscapes.The journey may include sightings of sea lions, condors, dolphins, and cormorant colonies, followed by a short hike through native forest near Serrano Glacier and lunch at a traditional Patagonian restaurant overlooking the fjords, ending the day with restorative yoga and group dinner in Puerto Natales.


Day 4 - Rest and integration

A slower day in Puerto Natales dedicated to rest, gentle movement, and quiet moments between the retreat’s outdoor experiences.The day includes morning yoga, time to explore Puerto Natales at your own pace or enjoy a personalized relaxation massage, followed by meditation, sound healing, time for reflection and journaling, and dinner together in the evening.


Day 5 - Patagonia Wildlife Encounters

Early morning departure into the remote landscapes surrounding Torres del Paine for a private guided exploration across areas inhabited by pumas, guanacos, condors, and other native Patagonian species. The experience moves through Patagonia’s open terrain and expansive mountain scenery, with packed lunch included during the excursion.The day ends in Puerto Natales with a restorative yoga session and shared dinner.


Day 6 - Patagonian Estancia Experience

A full day immersed in the landscapes and traditions of a remote Patagonian estancia, reached only by boat across the fjords surrounding Puerto Natales.Traditional Patagonian cuisine, sheep shearing and shepherd dog demonstrations, optional horseback riding, and time connected to the rural culture of Patagonia shape the experience throughout the day, ending with restorative yoga and group dinner back in Puerto Natales.


Day 7 - Ancient Landscapes Hike

Private guided hiking through native lenga forest, panoramic viewpoints overlooking Sofia Lagoon and Última Esperanza Fjord, passing through condor territory and ancient cave paintings hidden within the cliffs, with packed lunch included during the experience.The day concludes with evening yoga and dinner together in Puerto Natales


Day 8 - Departure

Final morning yoga practice and farewell brunch together in Puerto Natales before the journey home.
